Love Gang Warriors get to work at the 'Adopt a Spanish kitty' shelter!

 

 

Love gang warriors put our DIY skills to use at  'Adopt a Spanish kitty' shelter.

With a great team of volunteers we were able to paint some enclosures for our fury friends to live in.  A great day of fun for all our volunteers and we hope the Los Barrios team too, who allowed us to enter the enclosures to help with cleaning tasks. 

Los Barrios also helped the Love Gang team get a healthy dose of vitamin C with jobs like cutting the hedges, we all love a bit of gardening. 

The team enjoyed a day of bonding together to help get the shelter in top condition.

 

With the shelters all cleaned out and supplies at the ready Love Gang Warriors were ready to get to work!

Our work with 'Adopt a Spanish Kitty' later led to even more eventful fun as we got to smashing at the built in counters. This gave the shelter more space for the kitties! And love gang warriors of course had great fun with the sledge hammer.

We were also able to continue our painting and finished the second enclosure for the cats.  But don't worry we were sure to get lots of kitty cuddles before the day was done. Adopt a Spanish Kitty shelter are a great and welcoming place when it comes to volunteering work and we hope to work with them again in the future.
